Font tutorial for SiSero

I was browsing through the forums where I found a misplaced and closed thread in Hardware that caught my eye. It was written by and she asked how to establish a certain font effect.

So I offered to make a tutorial (btw check out her gallery, she has good stuffs. =3 ) which you can see here.

If anyone has problems decyphering the screenshots, just tell me so. Oh and any comments=welcome.
